Here are some helpful hints to assist you with some common e-Branch issues.
Login ID:
If you do not enter the correct login ID, the system will not allow you to access your account. Be you enter the information correctly. If you need to, write it down and put it in a safe place where you can find it.
TIP: Use your account number as your login ID.
Blocked Out:
If you do not enter the correct security code/password, or you do not answer the challenge questions exactly as you put them in, the system will block your account as security feature. To avoid being blocked, be sure you enter the information correctly. If you need to, write it down and put it in a safe place where you can find it.
Invalid Security Code/Password:
The Security Code/Password field is case sensitive, so be sure you check your “Caps Lock” if the system says the password you are entering is invalid. If your security code/password is in lower case, it must be entered in lower case. If you put your security code/password in upper case, it must be entered in upper case.
Forgot your Security Code/Password?
At the Login Screen Box, click on "Forgot Security Code?" and the system will generate a temporary security code and send it to your e-mail. You will then login again using the temporary code. The system will ask you to change your security code. Note: the temporary code will be your "Current Security Code." You will then enter your new security code and verify. The security code must be alpha-numeric, and 8 -16 characters long. Old passwords may not be reused. Be sure you make note of the new security code and put it in a safe place.
Additional Security:
As an additional layer of security, you will need to enroll in our enhanced security. This one-time setup should take two or three minutes to complete. Once the feature is implemented, you or may not be prompted to answer a question randomly selected from those you have entered as an additional point of verification when logging onto e-Branch Online. If you login to a different PC than the one you normally use: another PC in your office, you will be asked to answer a security question.
Each of these security measures are to insure the safety of your account online.
