How to sign-up for e-Branch
When you login for the first time, please look to the left side of the screen for the words "ENROLL ONLINE" and click.
- The enrollment screen appears - STEP 1 - ENROLL
read and follow the on-line instructions. TIP: LOGIN ID your account number, SECURITY CODE will be the password you choose.
- IMPORTANT: Be sure you keep a copy of the security questions, security phrase, security picture, you login ID and security code in a safe place so you can find it if you need it.
- After you enroll and login to e-Branch, you will now have secure access to your on-line account, e-Bill Pay, and e-statements. All your account are shown in the account overview tab.
- The Self-Service tab is where you may use our private, highly secured, email, set up your own account alerts, change your personal settings or security settings, sign-up for e-Statements and Mobile Money.
- e-Statements gives you quicker access your account statement on-line anytime you need it. It will also build a 6-month history for your reference.
- Mobile Money allows you access to your account via your smart-phone. Local phone charges may apply to your account.
- A2A Transfers allows you to transfer money between financial institutions (there is a 10-day waiting period).
- After you enroll, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the new site so you may take advantage of all the new features available to manage your accounts.
