TIPS FOR USING e-BRANCH
When you login for the first time, please look to the left side of the screen for the words "ENROLL ONLINE" and click.
- Follow the on-screen instructions carefully to set up your account. This one-time set-up will take two to three minutes to complete.
- NOTE: LOGIN ID: will be your account number. SECURITY CODE: will be the password.
- Everyone must enroll to use e-Branch, even if you were using the previous versions of CU@Home. Why? we have upgraded our software to a newer and better version that offers your much more versatility when managing your credit union accounts.
- Remember to write down your password, security questions and answers, security picture and security phrase and keep them in a safe place.
- e-Branch is free and will not disrupt the existing services you receive from Greensboro Municipal Credit Union.
- When you re-enroll in e-Branch, all your accounts will be shown in the account overview.
- You will use e-branch to login to e-Bill Pay and e-Statements. If you were a previous e-Bill Pay user, you will again re-enroll in the new e-bill pay. IMPORTANT: You must cancel the old service first. You may call WebPay 888-918-7456 or login to your old account and cancel that service by going to "My Profile" and simply clicking Cancel Service.
- When you click on the e-Bill Pay tab, you may begin adding the bills you wish to pay online. Again, just follow the on-screen instructions.
- You will also have access to Mobile Money (if you have cell-phone Internet service), A2A transfers, which allows you to transfer money between financial institutions, check reordering, check imaging, account alerts and much more. Please read and follow the on-screen instructions to set up these services.
- After you enroll, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the new site so you can take advantage of all the new features available to manage your accounts.
Greensboro Municipal Credit Union members have access to their accounts online backed by the latest in on-line technology. And, as technology advances, so do our on-line products. We never stop looking for opportunities to provide members with newer, more convenient options for managing their financial resources. GMCU may be located in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, but with all the benefits of our electronic services, you have free access to your accounts no matter where you login.
